FROM BRIEF TO DELIVERY
How City Content Production Works
A clear, review-led process for commissioning walking tour video, urban timelapse and city photography across direct and partner-supported locations.
Production Path
One process, shaped around the actual brief.
Every project begins with requirements, not a preset package that ignores location, format or usage.
Share
Describe the content, location and intended use.
Define
Review feasibility, deliverables and commercial terms.
Produce
Plan and carry out the agreed local production.
Deliver
Provide the agreed files through the arranged workflow.
Step 01
Share the outcome you need, not only a location.
The initial brief should explain where the content will be used and what viewers need to see.
- City, area, route or subject
- Walking tour, timelapse, photography or mixed format
- Reference material and visual priorities
- Intended platform, audience and usage
- Preferred timing or relevant date constraints
- Expected files, framing and other deliverables
Step 02
Turn the brief into a reviewable scope.
WalkGraphy reviews the request before confirming how the project could proceed.
The scope may address the proposed location, production format, deliverables, usage requirements, coordination needs and factors that affect the quotation. Feasibility and availability remain subject to review, especially for specific dates, controlled locations or partner-supported cities.
Step 03
Plan the shoot around place, access and output.
Practical preparation helps align the creative request with real conditions on location.
Route and Subject
Clarify priority streets, viewpoints, architecture or sequences.
Conditions
Consider access, public-space constraints, weather sensitivity and time of day.
Technical Output
Align framing, file expectations and production choices with the planned use.
Step 04
Carry out the agreed production on location.
Direct teams cover six confirmed Asian cities; other locations may be explored through local production partners.
Production follows the confirmed brief and practical conditions available at the time of filming. Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Macau, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore are direct filming locations. Requests elsewhere are reviewed for partner availability and project fit rather than treated as automatic coverage.
Step 05
Review files against the agreed deliverables.
Delivery expectations should be defined in the project scope before production proceeds.
The arranged delivery process should identify the files or outputs included and any applicable usage terms. Questions about licensing, source material or additional deliverables should be resolved against the project agreement rather than inferred from a public sample.
Begin with a Brief
Ready to define the project?
Provide enough context for a meaningful review without needing to solve every production detail in advance.
Share the location, content type, intended use, references and timing context. WalkGraphy can then review feasibility and the next appropriate step.
